My name is Hayley and I am a Nutritionist, Naturopath and Health Coach. After many years helping women lose weight, I realised that what I had been taught at university was only a small part of the picture.
I also began to notice that no matter what eating plan they embarked on, many women would self-sabotage no matter how determined they seemed at the start. It made me see that I needed to up level my skills to help them.
And so I studied Transformational Coaching, Eating Psychology, the Mind Detox Method and the latest research into HEALTHY Weight Loss.
And suddenly women who had been dieting their whole life, who were almost going to give up on ever loving their body, began to experience amazing results. They began to love their body and weight loss became a happy side effect!
