It’s a trait that I feel the savviest business owners have, because it means they are willing to learn, evaluate, take on advice and dig deep into their fears and work on their mindset in order to grow.

Ultimately, being ‘coachable’ leads to greater success.

Just like the phenomenal Zita Dixon of @zestnutritionsunnycoast who is one of my Mastermind clients. Zita is a Cordon Bleu trained Chef, Nutritionist and fitness trainer with a busy private practice. She was burning out though, and needed to find a way to work with her clients and still have time to be a mum.

When we were working together on creating her #signaturesystem of a weight loss program for busy women, I asked her what would it feel like to offer a VIP upgrade of a personal chef experience with cooking lessons, lunch & chat and a pantry hamper of all her fave staples. She just grinned and ran with it! 😁

Zita is now signing clients into her high end 3 month group program and feeling so much more in control of her practice.
